The Credo Academy campus, an internal training center of the bank, is located within the bank's premises.
The mission of Credo Academy is to provide education and professional development for employees through a variety of training programs. These programs aim to enhance professional growth, deepen understanding of ethical standards, and elucidate banking principles. Both seasoned professionals and new hires receive training at the academy.
The Credo Academy training center is furnished with a state-of-the-art conference system and the requisite infrastructure for assessment. It hosts engaging lectures and seminars delivered by in-house experts and guest lecturers.
