Pro Bono Georgia presented Credo Bank with an award in recognition of its outstanding initiatives and involvement in 2023. The winners were selected based on the number of projects implemented, the number of employees involved in pro bono work, and the total hours dedicated throughout the year.
Credo Bank has been an active member of the "Pro Bono Network Georgia" since 2015, which includes 28 companies. During this partnership, Credo Bank has undertaken numerous significant projects and activities.
Notable Events:
- March - May 2023: Credo Bank hosted a series of workshops on job search skills and interview techniques as part of the project "Strengthening Skills and Innovative Employment Opportunities for the Regional Development of Georgia." These pro bono consultations involved Credo Bank's Human Resources Management Service conducting practical mock interviews. Three simulation-based meetings were held across centers in Lagodekhi and Telavi (Kakheti region) and in Ozurgeti (Guria region).
- November 2023: Through the pro bono partnership, Credo Bank provided consultation for the "Why Europe?" project to a participant of the Community Leaders Forum, the Komli community of Shida Kartli. The meeting took place in Tsinandali, where the selected beneficiary received a cash prize of 500 GEL from Credo Bank.
- July - December 2023: Credo Bank assisted the "Kakheti Regional Development Center Civil Organization" in improving and launching new paid services aimed at early childhood education, child protection, and the development of both adults and young people. This initiative involved workshops and consultations led by Credo Bank's Positive Customer Experience team, alongside marketing, human resources, and research department representatives. The team contributed to product development and refinement, service marketing strategy, research questionnaire design, and data analysis.
