The service center is equipped according to modern standards and offers customers fast and high-quality banking services.
The new branch includes a dedicated expat area, designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment where foreign customers can receive personalized banking services tailored to their needs.
Digital Zone
The service center features a newly designed digital zone that provides customers with maximum convenience. It enables them to access banking services independently, quickly, and securely.
Digital advisors are available on-site to assist customers with any digital banking service and provide the necessary guidance and support.
The digital zone includes:
• A Pay Box and ATM
• Smartphones and tablets for completing transactions quickly and efficiently
