How does it work?

  • Terminal monthly service fee – for turnover up to 15 000 GEL - fixed 20 GEL
  • Terminal and fiscal system monthly service fee – for turnover up to 15 000 GEL – fixed 30 GEL
  • Instant payment - for turnover up to 7 000 GEL
  • Use Business Mobile Bank for generating statements and other information
  • Credo Bank card processing fee - 1.5%
  • Partner bank (TBC Bank, Halyk Bank) card processing fee - 1.6%
  • Other Georgian bank processing fee - 1.9%
  • All international card processing fee - 2.3%

Tip

Tip functionality is available on Credo Bank terminals - customers can leave a thank-you amount when paying by card, without using cash.

  • Flexible for business - the business owner can decide whether the tip amount is credited to the same account as the main income or to a separate balance

  • The tip amount is added during the payment process - the user can select a preset amount (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%) or enter a custom amount (up to 20%)
  • Next-day settlement applies for transactions that include a tip



Additional Terms and Procedures:

  • The tip functionality is activated when registering the terminal at a Credo Bank service center
  • The business owner can choose whether the tip amount is transferred to the same account as the product payment or to a separate balance designated for tips
  • If necessary, the functionality can be enabled, disabled, or the account number can be changed
  • The tip amount can only be added during the payment transaction
  • Refunds are processed for the total amount, including both the service and tip portions

Security Mechanism

To protect customer interests, Credo Bank has implemented a new security mechanism - a risk monitoring program that monitors suspicious transactions related to Credo Bank cards and POS terminals. The program is designed to identify transactions that may have been carried out not by the cardholder but by another person. Accordingly, if a transaction cannot be completed successfully when using your card, please contact Credo Bank’s Information Center at *4242 or visit the nearest service center to remove the restriction.
