Plastic card safety compensates for losses incurred from illegal card operations, including transactions made using your card, card details, or electronic wallet (GPay & Apple Pay). Activate the card safety service instantly and stay protected from illegal transactions.

Card Safety Service Terms:

  • Activation: This can be activated on existing, active cards.
  • Duration: The service is activated for 12 months and continues until the end of the card term.
  • Requirements: Ensure you have an amount equal to the selected package value in your current account.
  • One Package per Card: Only one insurance package can be activated.
  • Package Changes: Only changing the active package is possible when purchasing a higher-limit package.
  • Credit Card Exception: The package cost is not deducted from the limit.
Card Insurance Packages

Card Insurance Conditions
  • The safety service can be activated on the card during card registration or on an existing, active card.
  • The card safety service is activated for 12 months and automatically continues until the end of the card's term (to activate the safety and automatically extend the service, there must be more than 3 months left before the end of the card's term).
  • To activate the safety service (both initial activation and automatic renewal), you need to have an amount corresponding to the value of the selected package in your current account.
  • Only one safety package can be activated per card.
  • If you have multiple cards, the service must be activated on each card separately. Different safety packages can be activated on different cards.
  • The active safety service package can be changed only by purchasing a package with a higher limit ("Package S" can be replaced by "Package M" or "Package L"; "Package M" can be replaced by "Package L"; and "Package L" remains unchanged).
  • For a credit card, the value of the package is not deducted from the card limit. The cardholder must ensure that the amount corresponding to the value of the selected package is available in the current account.
