In Georgia, Credo Bank attracted 16.5 million Euros from Blueorchard Microfinance Fund and the French Financial Institute of Development ,,Proparco'' of 16.5 million euros to support micro, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. In addition, a contract worth 100 million GEL was executed with the Netherlands Development Bank FMO to support the activities of Georgian entrepreneurs.

- Credo Bank has introduced a new service called "Credo Mediator" to expand its banking services to the regions. This service enables locals to make deposits or withdrawals, as well as conduct financial transactions via Mycredo Internet and Mobile Bank with the help of partner bank agents at specific locations without visiting the service center.
- Credo Bank has introduced a new service called "Credo Bank Exp," designed specifically for foreign citizens residing in Georgia. This service provides tailored and adapted banking products and services to expats. The branches of this type have already been opened in Tbilisi, and from 2023 they will receive visitors in Batumi too.
- In support of the Ukrainian people, the company transferred 100,000 GEL to the Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and 50,000 GEL to the account of the Ministry of Social Policy at the Ukrainian National Bank. In addition, the bank has established special provisions for Ukrainians living in Georgia, which allows them to access certain banking services free of charge.
The French Development Finance Institution PROPARCO became a shareholder of Credo Bank, with the support of this investment, Credo Bank acquired 100% of the shares of Finca Bank Georgia. Integration process was successfully completed in an unprecedentedly short time.

Significant steps have been taken towards digitalization and the development of new products. Internet and Mobile Banking application Mycredo has been updated, which, in addition to being equipped with many new features, has already been adapted for 7 languages and can be used without connecting to the mobile internet.

Several groundbreaking projects have been cultivated for maximizing service timing, such as an instant installment approval at partner shops and pre-approved loan and installment terms for collateral with regard to an active client; online onboarding, and getting a loan online through online contracts.

The credit portfolio has exceeded over 1 billion GEL. Therefore, Credo Bank has acquired the 7th position and improved its ranking in the Georgian banking market.
Internet and mobile banks – Mycredo, have been cultivated for physical persons with fully operational capabilities. Credo Bank has established an online depositing capacity for money transfers and a free order-delivery service of plastic cards.
The bank has developed an innovative product for issuing a loan that can improve a client’s credit history, which empowers clients with negative records to be eligible for financial resources and improve their credit history.

Distinguished by deepening outreach in regions, Credo opened ten new rural branches consequently covering all regions of Georgia. New product – NEO loans have been created, which enables access to financial services to one of the lowest segments employed in micro and small businesses.

Because of a new law on microfinance VisionFund Credo non-commercial non-entrepreneurial entity has established a new company, LLC MicroFinance Organisation Credo. The new Credo has been licensed by the National Bank of Georgia as an MFO and VisonFund Credo transferred all the rights and obligations of outstanding loan agreements to LLC MFO Credo.
WV/GEF has been registered as a local, independent, legal entity. The amendment to the law made it possible for the organization to grant the microfinance organization's qualifications.
