Transfer can be withdrawn from:
- In the course of identifying a client – you shall indicate customer’s personal number, date of birth and mobile number
- While making a transfer - it is important to indicate receiver’s name, surname and mobile number
- Upon completion of a transfer – receiver will receive an SMS notification to her/his number with a code
- Money transfer can be withdrawn instantly upon receiving a code. Withdrawal can be undertaken at the CREDO Bank’s service center, as well as though the portal Mycredo.ge or via calling the call center on a number *4242
- Pay Box only accepts coins and notes in GEL
- Pay Box does not accept coins less than 50 Tetri
