Pay Box
Pay Boxes deployed at the CREDO Bank’s service centers enable customers to complete the following operations:
- Money transfers across Georgia – Sprint
- Payment of a loan
- Deposit cash to an account
- Deposit cash to saving account
- Deposit cash to credit card
- Request loan – fill out an application
- Making other operations
In addition to the PAY BOX machines located in Credo Bank, depositing money to the Credo Bank account is also possible using: TBC Pay, Express Pay (BOG), LB Pay (Liberty), Onepay, and OPPA machines.
Pay Boxes enable customers to receive services in Georgian, English and Russian languages.
The CREDO Bank’s Sprint system allows you to make money transfer through Pay Boxes, which will be transferred instantly.
- In the course of identifying a client – you shall indicate customer’s personal number, date of birth and mobile number
- While making a transfer - it is important to indicate receiver’s name, surname and mobile number
- Upon completion of a transfer – receiver will receive an SMS notification to her/his number with a code
- Money transfer can be withdrawn instantly upon receiving a code. Withdrawal can be undertaken at the CREDO Bank’s service centers, as well as though the portal Mycredo.ge or via calling the call center on a number *4242
- Pay Box only accepts coins and notes in GEL
- Pay Box does not accept coins less than 50 Tetri
- Single-payment of an amount can be allowed in an amount of not less than 1 GEL and not more than 3000 GEL
Pay Boxes makes it possible to insert money on your personal account, as well as to other/third persons’ accounts.
- For depositing cash to an account, the respective receiver shall be registered within the CREDO Bank’s database and own an account
- For depositing cash to an account through Pay Box, the respective customer is identified through indicating personal number and date of birth
- Cash deposited to your account or sent (through money transfer) can be performed in GEL, USD or EUR. If amount is reflected in a currency other than GEL, then conversion will take place through the CREDO Bank’s commercial rate
- Pay Box only accepts coins and notes in GEL
- Pay Box does not accept coins less than 50 Tetri
- Single-payment of an amount can be allowed not less than 1 GEL and not more than 3000 GEL
- Payment of a loan performed after working hours (23:00 o’clock) and/or anytime during non-working days – will be indicated in the system with a date of the following working day
- Timing and date of reflection for an amount with regard to services listed under other payments – solely depends on a provider organization
- Rate of a transfer is - 0.5% (min 0.50 USD/EUR/GEL)
Confirmation of a transfer will be a printed receipt from a Pay Box. Language of a receipt will be the one chosen by you for completing an operation.
