In a remarkable achievement, Credo Bank was honored by Pro Bono Georgia in 2023, receiving an award for its outstanding initiatives and unwavering involvement. The accolades are bestowed based on various criteria, including the number of projects executed, the engagement of pro bono employees, and the total hours devoted throughout the year.

Since 2015, Credo Bank has actively contributed as a member of the Pro Bono Network of Georgia, a coalition of 28 companies. This collaborative effort has borne fruit through the successful implementation of several significant projects and activities.

Implemented projects:

  • March-May 2023: Strengthening Regional Development
    A series of workshops on job search skills and interview techniques unfolded as part of the "Strengthening of Skills and Innovative Employment Opportunities for the Regional Development of Georgia" project. Pro bono consultations featured Human Resources Management Service employees from Credo Bank engaging in practical exercises of simulated interviews. These sessions took place at the Lagodekhi and Telavi training and employment promotion centers in the Kakheti region, as well as the Ozurgeti training and employment promotion centers in the Guria region.
  • November 2023: Empowering Communities
    Credo Bank provided consulting services for the "Why Europe?" project within the pro bono partnership, benefitting a participant of the Community Leaders Forum from the Komli community in Shida Kartli. The meeting, hosted in Tsinandali, concluded with the beneficiary receiving a 500 GEL cash prize as a token of support from Credo Bank.
  • July - December 2023: Fostering Regional Development
    In collaboration with the "Civil Organization of the Kakheti Regional Development Center," Credo Bank played a pivotal role in refining and introducing new paid services within the "Strengthening Skills and Innovative Employment Opportunities for the Regional Development of Georgia" project. Focused on early childhood education, child protection, and the development of adults and young people, this initiative saw active participation from Credo Bank's positive customer experience team, along with representatives from the marketing, human resources, and research departments were actively involved in the following processes: product development/refinement and service marketing strategy development, preparation of the questionnaire required for research and analysis of results.
